The program first strengthens the owner’s command of statistics. Advanced training then teaches a disciplined method of Data Analysis, followed by four implementation phases in which the owner investigates real clinic situations, writes handling programs and verifies results.

Master Statistical Analysis

Complete the preparation courses, bring the Objective Management Suite fully current and work through a two-month internship devoted to weekly statistical analysis.

Complete Advanced Data Analysis Training

During five days of intensive training, learn how to compare an existing operation to its ideal scene, collect relevant data, trace plus-points and outpoints, locate the real Why and design a handling.

Investigate and Handle a Real Situation

Apply the method to an actual division or persistent clinic situation. Identify what is most removed from the ideal scene and turn the verified cause into an exact program.

Complete Four Implementation Phases

Phase 1: Analyze Every Major Division

Analyze Client Services, Clinical, PR and Marketing and the practice as a whole. Identify the statistics and people contributing most to success, as well as those requiring help or correction.

Phase 2: Connect Products, Statistics and Investigations

Define the products of the practice and each post, establish the statistics that represent them and connect statistical analysis to Data Analysis through a real investigation and weekly Battle Plan.

Phases 3 and 4: Find the Why and Verify the Handling

Keep complete data files, locate the situation furthest from ideal, trace it to the real Why, write and execute a program, then verify improvement and reinvestigate if the handling does not work.
